About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our Insurance and Money Services team at Tesco Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive a high-quality service experience, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve our processes and services, implementing changes that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with our goals and objectives.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to help individuals improve their skills and achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a team, with a track record of delivering results and improving performance.
  • Customer Service Experience: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective communication channels with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Process Improvement: Ability to identify opportunities to improve processes and services, implementing changes that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
