About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our merchant acquisition and incubation team in the UK. As a Seller Incentive Strategy Manager, you'll develop and implement programs that drive seller performance and engagement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Incentive Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive incentive programs that align with business goals and drive seller performance, including segmentation, life cycle management, A/B test, etc.
  • Collaborate with finance, product development, marketing teams to ensure incentive programs are integrated with overall sales strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Monitor the effectiveness of incentive programs and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for incentive initiatives. Communicate program details and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget for incentive programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI. Track and report on program expenditures and financial performance.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all incentive programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into program designs.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on program performance and impact by building dashboards and regular business reporting. Maintain detailed documentation of all incentive programs and processes.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
