The Role

We're seeking a dynamic and data-driven Sales Enablement Manager to optimize our sales processes and empower our commercial teams with the tools, knowledge, and content they need to succeed. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth and enhancing sales productivity by bridging the gap between sales, marketing, and product teams. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and culture, ensuring alignment and maximizing performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop compelling sales collateral, including presentations, pitch decks, and sales enablement materials. Leverage data and insights to create impactful content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Translate complex data into actionable insights for the sales team.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and increase sales productivity.
  • Sales Training and Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including product knowledge, sales methodologies, and best practices.
  • Sales Tool Management: Manage and optimize sales enablement tools (such as Groove or similar) and platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of the sales team.
  • Sales Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in sales enablement or a similar role.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Content Creation: Proficiency in content creation and management tools.
  • CRM and Sales Enablement: Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
