Job Title: Demand Generation Marketing Manager

My1Login is a leading Identity and Access Management service that enables seamless user access to web, mobile, and Windows desktop applications, delivering operational savings and protecting businesses against data breaches.

We are seeking a skilled Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for generating qualified sales leads and opportunities through multi-channel outbound and inbound marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute demand generation activities, overseeing execution to analysis
  • Create and manage campaigns to deliver a flow of qualified leads while monitoring ROI and optimizing CAC
  • Deliver against weekly, monthly, and quarterly lead generation targets
  • Support forecasting of quarterly lead generation targets
  • Manage paid social, paid search, and retargeting channels
  • Manage webinars and awards applications
  • Create and execute an ABM plan to deliver high-value content at the optimal moment in an account's discovery and sales journey
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization to meet sales targets
  • Track marketing campaign ROI and control the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance
  • Set up lead management, scoring, and reporting processes to assist the sales team
Requirements:
  • Excellent marketing skills with experience partnering with sales teams to drive B2B leads
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills, including data crunching and storytelling
  • Expert understanding of B2B demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving pipeline growth
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM software, Google Analytics, and Google Ads
