Join SharkNinja's Team as a Demand Planner

We're seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join our EMEA business team in Leeds or London Hybrid. As a Demand Planner, you'll play a crucial role in delivering a highly reliable forecast and driving speed to insights to deliver the best service to our customers at the lowest cost.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct demand forecasting and analysis based on historical data, market trends, and customer inputs.
  • Partner with Commercial Sales and Finance to gather relevant data and incorporate it into the demand planning process.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Planning team to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Assess demand risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations for mitigating risks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • (2-5+) years of proven experience in demand planning or supply chain experience.
  • Successful track record of developing reliable forecasts that incorporate baseline modeling, event lift, pricing elasticity, new product launches, retailer insights, and competitive activities.
  • Experience with JDA/ERP or demand planning systems is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven experience in measurably using data (KPIs) to achieve targeted results that are relevant to the organization.
