Demand Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our EMEA business team in Leeds or London Hybrid. As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in delivering a highly reliable forecast and driving speed to insights to deliver the best service to our customers at the lowest cost.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct demand forecasting and analysis based on historical data, market trends, and customer inputs.
- Partner with Commercial Sales and Finance to gather relevant data and incorporate it into the demand planning process.
- Collaborate with the Supply Planning team to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Assess demand risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations for mitigating risks.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- (2-5+) years of proven experience in demand planning or supply chain experience.
- Successful track record of developing reliable forecasts that incorporate baseline modeling, event lift, pricing elasticity, new product launches, retailer insights, and competitive activities.
- Experience with JDA/ERP or demand planning systems is required.
