Key Performance Indicators
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Proactively manage and maintain a strong customer base
  • Ensure all designs are carried out through the design office
  • Effective time management and organization
  • Provide exceptional customer service
Additional Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies
  • Participate in necessary training and development
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Carry out additional duties as requested
Requirements
  • Good lighting knowledge and understanding of the specification sales process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills
  • Proven track record in sales and achieving sales targets
Location

Must be located within the East Midlands region with full rights to work in the UK and a full driver's license.
