Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Paramedic Trainer to join our team at Counter Terrorism Policing. The successful candidate will have a strong background in CBRN operations and training delivery, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
The role will involve working as part of a team to deliver the national CBRN training programme, designing and delivering training materials, and maintaining and developing subject knowledge in CBRN and own agency disciplines. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to support the police response to CBRN terrorism.

Requirements
Experience as a Paramedic with a strong understanding of CBRN operations and training delivery. Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programmes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
