**Job Title:** CBRN Training Program Manager

Are you a motivated and experienced professional looking for a challenging role in Counter Terrorism Policing? We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our CBRN training program, overseeing the design, development, and delivery of training products.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of subject matter experts in designing and delivering national CBRN training and CPD programs.
  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of CBRN training and CPD products.
  • Prepare and deliver CBRN training and CPD sessions.
  • Evaluate training activities and identify lessons learned.
  • Manage team demand, duties, and performance.
  • Maintain high-level subject knowledge of CBRN training, CPD, exercising, and operational deployments.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in CBRN operations and training, with excellent leadership and communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the field of counter terrorism policing.

**Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
