Job Description

Adjacency Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled People Partner to join our team on a 12-month contract. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide expert guidance and support to senior leaders and employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to drive the people agenda and support the development and implementation of longer-term HR projects
  • Provide coaching and advice to line managers on all people-related issues
  • Help embed organizational culture change programs, taking account of local requirements and tailoring solutions to meet their needs
  • Champion diversity and lead on wellbeing initiatives
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are applied fairly and consistently across the business
  • Support with recruitment, from initial approval through to onboarding
  • Work collaboratively with other HR colleagues, such as L&D, to deliver an exceptional service

Requirements:

  • Able to balance a reactive workload with medium-to-long term projects
  • An excellent generalist HR skillset
  • Data driven with a passion for continuous improvement
