Role Profile

We are looking for a talented Training and Competency Lead to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development of all training and competency strategies onsite at Sellafield in Seascale.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and competency management, with a proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, maintaining and improving existing training programs, and designing and delivering new training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training and competency strategies
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the organization
  • Maintain and improve existing training programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a training or competency management role
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
