Platform Resourcing is partnering with a leading financial services company to expand its finance team in Newport. This position offers a unique opportunity for a highly organised and skilled individual to join the company's finance team as a Collections Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage credit activities, including chasing outstanding debt via phone and email
  • Prepare weekly Credit Control reports
  • Issue monthly statements for the sales ledger
  • Release customer orders in a timely manner

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar collections or credit control role, with strong communication skills, data entry experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. They will be able to plan and organise their workload effectively, work as part of a team, and maintain good customer relationships.

Benefits:
  • Salary range: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus annual bonus opportunity
  • Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
