The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a range of valuable skills, including building relationships with students and teachers, contributing to behaviour management strategies, and engaging students in meaningful activities. With a focus on student welfare and academic achievement, this role is perfect for individuals who share our commitment to delivering exceptional education outcomes. As a key member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of £80-£95 per day, commensurate with your skills and experience.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide high-quality support to students who require additional assistance with their behaviour
• Work collaboratively with the teaching team to design and implement effective behaviour management strategies
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a patient and empathetic approach, and a passion for education. While prior experience working with challenging behaviour is advantageous, it's not a requirement. What's most important is your enthusiasm for supporting vulnerable children and your ability to adapt to diverse situations.
