We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at TMS Maritime, a leading provider of marine civil engineering solutions.

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and employee relations, and contributing to the company's success. You will work closely with our dedicated teams to deliver high-quality results and achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an HR Manager or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law

Location & Hours

Based in our office in Dawlish. Working hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
