Salary:


The estimated salary for this role is £11.68 per hour, with the possibility of sleep-ins paid at £60 extra.


About the Role:


We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Gloucester. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the people we support.


Your responsibilities will include empowering individuals to live the lives they want to lead, developing daily living skills, supporting access to communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships, and contributing to the development and implementation of individual care plans.


Key Skills and Qualifications:


To be successful in this role, you will need good communication skills, a positive and patient approach, resilience, and the ability to build professional relationships.


You will also need to be able to work well as part of a team and maintain the health needs of the individuals we support.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, has a can-do attitude, and is willing to learn. Experience is not essential, as we provide full training.
