The Role of Breakfast Chef de Partie

As a Breakfast Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a classic à la carte breakfast menu using high-quality, fresh ingredients. You will oversee and run a designated kitchen station, ensuring the consistent preparation and delivery of high-quality breakfast dishes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Train and supervise junior chefs, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
  • Work as part of a professional team in a well-equipped kitchen.

We're Looking for a Breakfast Chef de Partie Who

  • Has previous experience at Chef de Partie level in a busy environment.
  • Is available to start at 03:00 am and has the necessary travel access.
  • Strives for excellence and inspires others to do the same.
  • Has effective communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Is excited about this opportunity and interested in what we do.
  • Holds the right to work in the UK.

Expected Earnings

£15.50 per hour
