As a Breakfast Chef de Partie at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes to our discerning guests. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic culinary team and contribute to the success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.

  • Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new ideas and dishes to enhance our breakfast offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
