Breakfast Chef de Partie Opportunity

The Standard London is seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional breakfast services to our guests.

Your Role

As a Breakfast Chef de Partie, you will be part of a high-energy kitchen environment, working closely with our senior kitchen team to provide an extensive food service across multiple outlets. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes to meet our guests' expectations
  • Managing kitchen operations and order of service to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Collaborating with the senior kitchen team to develop and implement new menu ideas and culinary concepts
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record as a Chef de Partie or 1 year as a Commis Chef in a similar high-volume and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to successfully run a section as part of the kitchen brigade
  • Highly motivated and pro-active; act with professionalism and positivity in all interactions
  • Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Full-time availability and flexibility to work Monday-Sunday
