We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our team at various venues in the area. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals
  • Serve food and drinks to customers and employers
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen space
  • Manage pantry stock and rotate stock items
  • Restock the pantry and fridge or freezer as necessary
  • Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
  • Order new ingredients as required
Requirements:
  • Reliable and passionate about food preparation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Access to a vehicle for remote venue locations
  • Right to live and work in the UK and strong English language skills
