Job Description

MCGREGOR BOYALL is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a senior member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our people strategy and driving business results.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with our business objectives. This includes interpreting business strategy, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive change.

As an experienced HR Business Partner, you will have a proven track record of success in managing HR programs, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business outcomes. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead HR initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business outcomes.
  • Manage a team of HR Business Partners, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all people strategy activities.

The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
