Job Description:

This role presents a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead business expansion by identifying and nurturing new engagement opportunities. The successful candidate will develop compelling account strategies that drive new account acquisition, build strong partnerships with clients' executive teams, and showcase themselves as a thought leader in the Government & Public Sector domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Focus on developing in-depth solutions that enact long-term success for our clients, driving growth and profitability.
  • Account Leadership: Lead business expansion by identifying and nurturing new engagement opportunities, developing targeted account strategies.
  • Solution Delivery: Develop and execute comprehensive solutions that meet client needs, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and driving desired business impact.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable leadership-level management consulting experience, preferably within Government & Public Sector.
  • An ability to establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.
  • Creative ingenuity and problem-solving skills to find simple solutions to complex challenges.
  • Experience supporting business expansion opportunities and creating new business opportunities.
  • Proposal development experience and the ability to effectively sell business solutions to clients.
  • Experience developing high-performing teams and leading large, complex consulting engagements.
