Military Medical Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Therapy Specialist to join their team. As a Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering rehabilitation services to military personnel. With a strong background in sports rehabilitation and a passion for helping others, you will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and return to fitness.

The ideal candidate will have a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation or JESSRI qualification, with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in musculoskeletal sports injuries. Membership of the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers (BaSRaT) is also essential. In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

In this role, you will work within various treatment settings, including Primary Care Rehabilitation Facilities (PCRFs), Regional Rehabilitation Units (RRUs), and the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre (DMRC). You will provide injury-specific exercise therapy, advice on gradual return to fitness, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Your expertise will enable patients to regain functional capability and quality of life, whether returning to military service or transitioning to civilian life.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
