About the Role: As a Rehabilitation Therapy Specialist at Military Medical Personnel, you will play a key role in providing expert rehabilitation services to military personnel. With a focus on musculoskeletal injuries, you will develop and implement treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and return to fitness.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physiotherapists, doctors, and Exercise Rehabilitation Instructors, to deliver comprehensive care. Your expertise will enable patients to regain functional capability and quality of life, whether returning to military service or transitioning to civilian life.

We require a highly skilled individual with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation or JESSRI qualification, and a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in musculoskeletal sports injuries. Membership of the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers (BaSRaT) is also essential. In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
