Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified practitioner to provide support to children and young people with complex needs.

Rivendell is a residential service that offers a range of support services to individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks, emotional regulation, and social skills.

This role will involve working as part of a team to provide intensive support to our residents, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to live independently.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with children and young people with complex needs, and will be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with the management team to develop and implement individualised care plans for each resident.
  • To provide one-to-one support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • To participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the Rivendell service.

Requirements:

  • A recognised qualification in a relevant field (e.g. social work, occupational therapy).
  • Experience of working with children and young people with complex needs.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
