Job Description
The Technical Computing Director will oversee the development and operation of IT infrastructure, including software development, technical analysis, operations, and end-of-life management. You will work closely with the IT team to identify and implement technology strategies that drive organisational performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing IT infrastructure support/service desk operations to defined KPIs/SLAs.
- Developing and implementing technology strategies to drive organisational performance.
- Fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect within the IT team.
