Job Description

The Technical Computing Director will oversee the development and operation of IT infrastructure, including software development, technical analysis, operations, and end-of-life management. You will work closely with the IT team to identify and implement technology strategies that drive organisational performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing IT infrastructure support/service desk operations to defined KPIs/SLAs.
  2. Developing and implementing technology strategies to drive organisational performance.
  3. Fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect within the IT team.

You will have extensive experience in creating high-performance IT teams and shaping policy, strategy, and practice.
