Child and Family Support Worker

We are looking for a dedicated Child and Family Support Worker to join our bank team at Underley Garden, an Independent Special School and Accommodation in Cumbria. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly, choosing your working hours to suit your lifestyle.
As a Child and Family Support Worker, you will work closely with our team to provide individualized support to children with complex needs. Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and supportive environment that promotes the emotional and educational development of our residents.
