The organisation's mission is to ensure those affected receive the necessary care and support to live well with diabetes and avoid devastating complications. As a key role, the Philanthropy Programme Leader will be responsible for securing and developing high-level relationships with philanthropists who can fund the charity's work. This includes leading a team to grow the charity's philanthropy programme overall, increasing the total value of donations and attracting more donors across the UK.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead on securing high-value donations from philanthropists (6 & 7-figure, multi-year) in support of critical work
  • Establish and oversee donor giving circles and volunteer committees

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrable experience in establishing and overseeing donor giving circles and volunteer committees
  • Track record of securing new high-value donations from philanthropists

**Benefits and Salary:**

We offer a competitive salary of £47,348 to £52,609 per annum, paid annually.
