Philanthropy Programme Lead

We are looking for an exceptional Philanthropy Programme Lead to drive the growth of our philanthropic income and lead the development of our major gifts programme.
About the RoleThis position will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our Development Board, ensuring significant income growth and transformational gifts. The successful candidate will grow the UK and International pipeline, working closely with the Prospect Researcher to identify and research new prospective funders and plan advanced strategies to increase major gifts from wealthy prospects.
Our ideal candidate will have significant experience identifying and cultivating cold prospects, with a proven track record of cultivating and stewarding six and seven-figure relationships.
Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum
Benefits: A competitive salary, 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) increasing to 38 days over 5 years, cycle to work scheme, electric vehicle scheme, health and wellbeing portal, discounts on mobile phones, gym membership, cinema tickets, restaurants, holidays, and shopping.
