Job Title: Water Collections Driver

At Eurofins UK Food Testing, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Collections Driver to join our team. As a Water Collections Driver, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering water samples from various locations throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and deliver water samples from customer premises and water collection points using a pre-planned regional route.
  • Operate a tablet-based system to complete collections and deliveries as requested.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately, including temperature and time records.
  • Keep collection storage rooms clean and tidy at all times.
  • Perform daily and weekly vehicle checks and report any defects to the logistics manager.
  • Communicate regularly with planners and report any accidents or breakdowns.
Requirements:
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK road network.
  • Appreciation of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
  • A customer-focused approach with a pleasant demeanor.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • A positive can-do approach.
  • Experience of chilled multi-drop collection and deliveries, working to strict timed deadlines.
  • Full UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
