Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused driver to join our trading team at St Catherine's Hospice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering furniture and other donations from the homes of our supporters and delivering purchased furniture from our shops and warehouse to our customers.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive team environment, where you will be an ambassador for St Catherine's Hospice, working in our local community to support income generation for the hospice and our fourteen shops throughout Surrey and West Sussex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and deliver furniture and other donations from the homes of our supporters
  • Deliver purchased furniture from our shops and warehouse to our customers
  • Deliver donated stock to shops and collect unsalable goods for recycling
Person Specification

We are looking for a driver with:

  • Previous van driving experience
  • A commitment to high standards of customer care
  • Ability to safely handle large and/or heavy goods
  • Stamina and enthusiasm for hands-on physical work
