About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Support Analyst to join our Central Systems team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Data Centre environments, infrastructure, and project services for business and clinical systems.

Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support for our Data Centre environments, infrastructure, and project services
  • Collaborating with the Central Systems team to design and implement projects
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Providing training and guidance to junior team members
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in supporting business critical systems and infrastructure
  • Excellent technical knowledge and experience in key areas such as VMware, Veeam, Windows 2019 Servers, storage platforms, and Active Directory
  • Ability to develop in PowerShell and experience in automation through scripting and configuration management platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
