Fleet Finance Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Finance Development Manager to join our team at Highams Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the UK's top vehicle finance providers, driving business growth and developing finance client relationships within a defined geographic territory.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with finance clients, supporting the Fleet Team to achieve business growth and funded volume across various Fleet sectors.
  2. Utilize your expertise in fleet finance solutions to launch new PCH/CH products, expanding business lines and driving revenue growth.
  3. Provide expert advice and service to the broader field team, prospects, and customers, ensuring seamless finance journeys.
  4. Support Regional Managers in the compliant delivery of fleet funding solutions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  5. Collaborate with Fleet teams to develop and deliver fleet funded volume to target delivery, driving business growth and profitability.
  6. Review and improve existing fleet finance business processes, identifying opportunities for greater efficiencies and cost savings.
  7. Upskill dealers on new products and market opportunities, ensuring they are equipped to drive business growth.

Key Requirements:

  1. Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with excellent Dealer Finance knowledge covering retail and fleet finance.
  2. Advanced knowledge of fleet finance systems, solutions, and compliance, with the ability to perform a management role with colleagues.
  3. Strong network knowledge to define and produce retailer-centric solutions, driving business growth and profitability.
