Fleet Finance Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Finance Development Manager to join our team at CV Library. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the UK's top vehicle finance providers, driving business growth and developing finance solutions for fleet clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with finance clients within a defined geographic territory, working closely with the fleet sales team to drive business growth.
  2. Utilize your expertise in fleet finance solutions to launch new products and services, expanding our business offerings and increasing revenue.
  3. Provide expert advice and support to prospects and customers, ensuring a seamless finance journey and exceptional customer experience.
  4. Collaborate with the fleet team to develop and deliver fleet funded volume, meeting or exceeding targets.
  5. Review and improve existing fleet finance business processes, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Upskill dealers on new products and market opportunities, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to drive business growth.

Key Requirements:

  1. Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  2. Excellent knowledge of fleet finance systems, solutions, and compliance, with the ability to manage and advise colleagues.
  3. Advanced network knowledge, with the ability to define and produce retailer-centric solutions.
