About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Fleet professional to lead our Fleet team at SGN. As the Head of Fleet, you will be responsible for ensuring our commercial vehicle and company car fleets are well-maintained, cost-efficient, and legally compliant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Fleet team in maintaining a high level of compliance, efficiency, and safety across our vehicle fleets.
  • Develop and implement innovative fleet strategies to drive cost savings and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to align fleet policies with business objectives.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with suppliers, SHE, HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills. You should have a strong background in fleet management, with experience in developing and implementing innovative fleet strategies.

You will be a natural problem-solver, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
