Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Student Support Administrator to join our team at PeoplePlus. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our education provision at HMP Stocken.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our education team, ensuring that all systems and processes operate efficiently and effectively.
- Act as the first point of contact for prisoners, conducting inductions and promoting available courses.
- Recruit learners for courses, maintain accurate records of achievement, and liaise with partner agencies.
Requirements
- A passion for education and administration, with relevant experience in a similar role.
- An NVQ Level 2 Business Administration qualification or equivalent, with a desire to progress to Level 3.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Access.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of individuals.
