About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Care Coordinator to join our team at The Human Support Group Limited. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality community care services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing your rota to an impeccable standard, building relationships with care workers, and providing exceptional care to our clients. You will also be expected to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our team to deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be an efficient, organised, and experienced Care Coordinator who is passionate about providing the best in community care. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
