Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Golf Assistant to join our team at the Eden Hotel Collection. As a Golf Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting the day-to-day operations of our golf shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of golf bookings and events, including setting up the driving range and maintaining golf buggies.
  • Provide a warm welcome to golfers, share course and product knowledge, and upsell to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage stock levels, including monitoring, rotation, and ordering.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and build strong relationships with customers.
