Key Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Porter at Eden Hotel Collection, you will be an integral part of our kitchen brigade, supporting our chefs in maintaining high standards of food excellence. Your primary focus will be on ensuring cleanliness and organization in and around the kitchen.

Key Tasks

Key tasks will include overseeing the operation of pot washing machinery, performing general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and emptying rubbish bins, and ensuring the bin area is kept clean and tidy daily.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will be professional, attentive, and have an eye for detail. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, although full training will be provided. A good team player with an enthusiastic approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment is essential.
