About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of food excellence that we are known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of cleanliness in and around the kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying rubbish bins.
- Oversee the operation of pot washing machinery and maintain a clean and tidy bin area.
- Support our chefs in a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Requirements
- Professional and attentive with an eye for detail and a drive for excellent standards.
- Previous experience within a similar role would be desirable, although full training will be provided.
- A good team player with an enthusiastic approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
