We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our Living Space team on our responsive maintenance contract in the West Lancashire area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake repair and renewal works to plumbing installations, utilizing your multi-trade experience.
  • Work alongside colleagues and contractors to complete complex orders.
  • Use PDA to receive instructions and feedback electronically on works undertaken or to be undertaken.
  • Liaise with Supervisors/schedulers in a timely manner when works are unable to be completed on a first visit.
  • Afford excellent customer service to residents, clients, and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Multi-trade experience gained from working in a similar industry and environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and multitask.
