The UK’s largest bathroom retailer Victorian Plumbing is seeking to add a talented Content Administrator to their in-house marketing team.

Supporting across the team, this role works closely with Marketing, Social Media, PR, Graphic Design and Content to supercharge our best-in-class marketing channels.
You’ll assist the team with driving attributable business growth across the board, whilst also being the go-to person for creating promotions on both the website and mobile app and reporting on the success of campaigns.
This hybrid working role requires 3 days a week in our Birmingham city centre marketing hub / Skelmersdale head office. You’ll learn from specialists in their field and you’ll settle into a close-knit team of passionate marketing and digital professionals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping comms-related areas of the team to build exciting and creative content.
- Moderate content from customers, including product reviews and user-generated content to ensure high-quality content appears in our buying journey-Managing content on the website and mobile app. Ensuring regular updates including images, landing pages etc
- Scheduling monthly/weekly promotional content on our website/app.
- Assisting the SEO efforts of the business to drive sales from improved organic search
Rankings.
- Updating regular reports on the success of the team’s efforts.
You’ll need to have some of the skills, experience or interests below, but this is a person-first
role and we’re willing to help train on the job if there’s an area you’re keen to build your skills in.
- A strong interest in e-commerce.
- Experience in a marketing or retail-related business.
- Reporting skills
- Proof-reading skills
- Creative skills
- A high standard of written and spoken English
- You’ll be a self-starter, and a keen, quick learner.
- Wide understanding of social media platforms.
- Desirable - experience in using web content management systems
