About the RoleThis is a full-time, 6-month secondment position that involves managing a patch around North Lichfield. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally within housing management, and will strive to achieve performance targets while maximizing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Manage tenancy sign-ups and changes, anti-social behaviour, and safeguarding
- Work closely with maintenance and lettings teams to allocate empty homes and manage customer expectations around repairs
- Escalate property maintenance issues when necessary
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within housing management
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Access to a vehicle and a full driving license
