Job Overview

We are seeking an individual who can effectively manage a patch of homes, ensuring they are well-maintained and that customers are aware of their responsibilities. This role requires a holistic approach to customer management, building strong relationships with local services and making a positive impact on people's lives.

About the Role

This is a full-time, 6-month secondment position that involves managing a patch around North Lichfield. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally within housing management, and will strive to achieve performance targets while maximizing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage tenancy sign-ups and changes, anti-social behaviour, and safeguarding
  • Work closely with maintenance and lettings teams to allocate empty homes and manage customer expectations around repairs
  • Escalate property maintenance issues when necessary
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within housing management
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Access to a vehicle and a full driving license
