BMS Performance is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to start your career in medical device sales with a well-established, £100m group. You will work with life-saving medical devices and have access to excellent training and development opportunities.

About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for the field sales team. Your duties will include contacting potential customers via telephone, networking to identify new decision-makers, qualifying and passing leads to colleagues, and educating doctors and nurses on correct usage of the company's equipment.

Requirements:

  • Anatomy and physiology-focused degree (e.g., biology, sports science)
  • Positive personality and strong communication skills
  • Full driving licence and own car
  • Pension and 25 days' holiday

Salary and Bonus:

£25,000 - £28,000 per annum base salary, plus 20% bonus and fuel allowance of 45p per mile up to 10,000 miles, 25p above 10,000.
