Job Title: Support Services Associate

  • Offer guidance to customers on appealing parking charges via phone calls.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and target requirements.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A focus on delivering high-quality work and maintaining accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
