Job Description

We're seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to join our team in driving customer satisfaction and excellence. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the shop team, responsible for delivering top-notch service and building strong relationships with customers.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating products and betting terminals to customers
  • Handling customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
  • Maintaining high shop standards
  • Opening or closing the shop as needed
Working Patterns

Our shops operate from Monday to Sunday 8am - 10pm, depending on location. Your typical weekly rota will consist of a mix of long opening shifts, long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts, varying week to week. As a key holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the shop.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively alone or as part of a team.
