We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Leisure Centre Senior to join our management team at Leisure People, working across two leisure centres in Stockport.

This is a great opportunity to take on a senior management role, where you will be responsible for leading and motivating your teams to deliver exceptional results in terms of operational performance and customer satisfaction.

As Leisure Centre Senior, you will be required to work 37 hours per week, including two duty management shifts each week, with one weekend in three.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the health and fitness industry, with a proven track record in managing swimming pools and fitness facilities, as well as a pool plant and first aid qualification.

You will be responsible for optimising the programming and bookings within the centres, proactively working with community groups and partners, and taking responsibility for the pool plant operations while on duty.

The salary for this position is up to £29,478, plus 30 days' holiday entitlement per annum, including bank holidays, which rises with service, and complimentary gym membership.
