Senior Sales and Lettings Consultant

An independent Estate Agency based in Manchester City Centre and Hulme we require a enthusiastic Senior Sales and Lettings Consultant who is keen to develop and hit the ground running.
**The Role**
You will take a lead in winning and maximising instructions and and maximising business opportunities in both sales and lettings of residential and commercial properties. The role is varied, a key part of the role is to conducting Sales and Lettings valuations / appraisal and securing new business. You will be instrumental in enhancing brand awareness, overseeing all sales processes and ensuring branch property stock and pipeline exceed required levels. You will deputise for the Branch Manager and help over see the running of the branch.
**About you**
Do you have a minimum of 3 year experience in the Estate Agency industry at a Senior Level and practical experience in valuing and wining instructions? You will bring solutions and ideas on board and must be a strategic thinker. Everyday is different so you should be able to think on your feet and make critical business decisions quickly. You will need to have excellent people skills, adapt to different clientele with the ability to direct, motivate and develop teams. You should have excellent customer service, negotiation, communication and organisation skills.
**The package**
The post offers excellent remuneration of up to £25,000 to £30,000 basic (dependent on experience) + bonus + mobile phone. The hours are full time working a 5 day week (9.20am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays (you will receive 1 day off during the week if working on a Saturday). The position comes with 28 days holidays (including bank holidays). We also reward staff with an extra days holiday on the anniversary of every years service.
