Woodlands Care Home, part of the Care Concern Group, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Lead to join our team. As a Unit Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the unit, including auditing and rota management.
  • Manage medications and supervise staff to ensure good practices are followed.
  • Take ownership of keeping up to date with clinical best practices.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC Pin.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on clinical experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £21.50.
  • Contracted to 42.5 hours per week.
