Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement monthly rolling/individual programmes that promote socialization and engagement among residents.
- Coordinate a range of events and activities that cater to different tastes and abilities.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities using appropriate documents.
- Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure that activities align with the home's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless delivery of care and services.
- Previous experience working in a care home setting.
- Events coordinating skills and proven ability to develop and organize a range of events/activities.
- Friendly, creative, and confident demeanor.
- Genuine interest in working with the elderly.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
