Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and support for students with SEND.
  • Adapt lessons and teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.

  • Manage classroom behavior effectively, using appropriate strategies to support pupils' social and emotional development.
  • Maintain a high standard of safeguarding, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.

Why Work with Teaching Personnel?

  • Flexible work schedule: We offer the opportunity to work on a flexible basis, allowing you to choose how many days you are available, from 1 to 5 days a week, depending on your personal and professional commitments.
  • Variety of settings: You will gain experience in a range of SEND schools, working with pupils who have diverse educational needs, which can enhance your teaching skills and broaden your expertise.
